B&B HOTEL Lyon Vénissieux

Member of staff on reception was excellent. Helped us plan our trip to the Stadium for the rugby. He could not have been more helpful! Thanks. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Not a place to go on holiday but excellent if attending a local event. Several restaurants next door for food.

Kids enjoyed the layout of the room. Buffalo Grill next door.

Very friendly staff. Sober, but clean room with a good bed and shower. Also, I needed a taxi to get to the hospital for work but that took too long. Then the receptionist, who turned out to be the manager, offered to bring me himself. That is 5 star service in a 2 star hotel. If you read this, thank you again! I made it into the OR on time thanks to you.
